Breast cancer survival analysis

Using R, I conducted data analysis, including identifying missing values, calculating descriptive statistics, performing Kaplan-Meier survival analysis, Hazard Ratios (Cox Regression), and data visualisation. Additionally, subgroup analysis was performed for menopause and non-menopause groups. This analysis provides insights into the recurrence-free survival outcomes of patients who received hormonal treatment compared to those who did not.
